Awamori has a history of 600 years. When Okinawa was an independent nation called Ryukyu Kingdom, Awamori acted as an important role as a trading product for Japan and China.
We have inherited the history of one of the few distillers to be allowed to produce Awamori at the castle town in the Shuri district for more than 100 years.
