●White fish 1 piece. ●A. Seasoning: Japanese sake 2tbsp, Soy sauce 1tbsp ●B. Flour for dusting: Starch, Flour 2tbsp ●C. Ingredients of sauce: Mozuku 150g (Dried mozuku 6g) chopped into bite size, Oil for fry, Carrot 1/2 piece sliced, Onion 1 piece sliced, Mushroom 2 piece sliced ●D. Sauce: Bonito broth 2 cups, Awamori(Okinawa brandy) 2tbsp, Mirin(Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) 2tbsp, Light soy sauce 2 tbsp ●E. Starch with water(starch 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp), Ground ginger 1 piece. |

Dust the fish with [B] and pan fry them in oil heated to 180℃ till golden and set asid. |

Put the [D] into pan to the boil and add [C]. * Soak the dried mozuku in water for one to two minuets. Add the starch with water. |

Place the deep fried fish and put the sauce on top with grounded ginger to finish! |
