Go-ya (1 ) |

pork luncheon meat(cut into your favorite size) |

To-fu (200g) |
| ・ |
egg(2) |

Oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper, soy sauce to taste. |

Cut go-ya- in lengthwise in two and remove the seeds and cotton with spoon and slice into round, then soak in salt water. |

Dress tofu in beaten eggs and add chicken stock set aside. |

Heat the pan , add oil and stir-fly go-ya- and “pork luncheon meat”until cooked. Combine to-fu and season with salt and pepper. Adjust taste with soy sauce and serve! |
