thinly sliced beef loin(150g) |

Oil(2 Tbsp) |

Potatoes(4) |

Water(2 cups) |

Onion cut into wedges(1) |

chunk kokuto(3 cubs) |

carrot(1) |
・ |
soy sauce (4 Tbsp) |
*How to prepare |

Heat an oil in deep pot and saute carrot, potatoes and add onion. |

Pour water and bring to boil. Skim off the foam and add chunk kokuto(brown sugar) and soy sauce. |

Turn down the heat to low and simmer. When water are gone to 1/3, turn up to heat to high and simmer until water are almost gone. |
