Sweet potato and ginger dessert

Ingredients (serves 2)
・1 sweet potato
・10g ginger
・60g brown sugar
・600 cc water
Peel sweet potato and cut into 3 cm pieces, then soak in water.
Peel and slice ginger, and mash them by using the end of the knife handle.
Boil ① and ② in water on high heat. When they are well cooked, add brown sugar and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  ※ Remove ginger before serving.
