Rich taste of Niku-Jyaga

・thinly sliced beef loin(150g)
・Onion cut into wedges(1)
・Oil(2 Tbsp)
・Water(2 cups)
・chunk kokuto(3 cubs)
・soy sauce (4 Tbsp)
Heat an oil in deep pot and saute carrot, potatoes and add onion.
Pour water and bring to boil. Skim off the foam and add chunk kokuto(brown sugar) and soy sauce.
Turn down the heat to low and simmer. When water are gone to 1/3, turn up to heat to high and simmer until water are almost gone.
