

| ・thinly sliced beef loin(150g) ・Potatoes(4) ・Onion cut into wedges(1) ・carrot(1) |
・Oil(2 Tbsp) ・Water(2 cups) ・chunk kokuto(3 cubs) ・soy sauce (4 Tbsp) |
| Heat an oil in deep pot and saute carrot, potatoes and add onion. | |
| Pour water and bring to boil. Skim off the foam and add chunk kokuto(brown sugar) and soy sauce. | |
| Turn down the heat to low and simmer. When water are gone to 1/3, turn up to heat to high and simmer until water are almost gone. |
