Hand-rolled Sushi

Ingredients [3〜4 servings]
・Rice 3-go (180㎖ cup x 3)
A ・vinegar(100cc) ・powdered brown sugar(60g) ・salt(20g)
・Sashimi(desired amount of raw fish)
※ Add wasabi as desired
Mix all A ingredients into a pot, turning the heat off after boiling.
Mix A with freshly cooked rice, cooling it with a fan while mixing.
Shape ❷ into round rice balls. Place the sashimi on top, gently pressing the fish into the rice.
