Spicy Korean-style salad

Ingredients [ 4 servings ]
A ・dressing/brown sugar (40g)
・gochujang/Korean red pepper paste (30g)
・rice vinegar (90ml)
・mirin/sweet cooking wine (60ml)
・soy sauce (30g)  ・sesame oil (4tsp)
・vegetable oil (2tsp)
・grated garlic (1/2tsp)
・sesame seeds, ground (1tsp)
B ・salad/head red leaf lettuce (1/2)
・cucumber (1/2)
・mizuna/potherb mustard (1/2)
Direction
Combine ingredients A and mix well.
Cut ingredients B into bite-sized pieces.
Pour dressing over salad and mix.
