Goya chanpuruu(goya stir-fry with canned pork)

Ingredients〔Serves 2〕
・Washita-brand canned pork, sliced to an appropriate size
・1 goya
・Tofu (200g; firm)
・2 eggs
・Oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
Cut goya open, remove seeds and seed coats with a spoon, slice thinly and soak in salt water.
Coat tofu with beaten eggs, add chicken stock and mix lightly.
Heat pan and add oil. Stir-fry goya and canned pork. Add tofu and season with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce as a final touch.
