Loco moco with canned pork

Ingredients (serves 2)
・1/2 can canned Washita pork
・Lettuce and cherry tomatoes
・1 egg
・1 tbsp oil
・Tomato ketchup to taste
・Small amount of soy sauce, sugar and sake to taste
Heat oil in a pan and fry canned pork lightly. Add soy sauce, sugar and sake to the fried Washita Pork and cook further.
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Fry the egg.
Put bed of cooked rice in a bowl and top with lettuce, Washita Pork precooked in ① and fried egg. Combine mixture in pan with ketchup to make sauce. Pour sauce over the rice and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
