

| ・ 4 cups rice ・10cm konbu seaweed ・60g brown sugar ・25g sea salt ・80cc vinegar ・umi budou to taste ・cucumber ・sheets of seaweed |
| Wash rice thoroughly and drain. Cook rice with konbu. | |
| Sprinkle mixture of brown sugar, sea salt and vinegar over the cooked rice and mix well. ※Fan the rice to cool while mixing. |

| Roll up the cooled rice, umi budou and cucumber in a sheet of seaweed and serve. |
