Umi Budou Hand Roll

Ingredients[serves 2]
・ 4 cups rice
・10cm konbu seaweed
・60g brown sugar
・25g sea salt
・80cc vinegar
・umi budou to taste
・cucumber
・sheets of seaweed
Directions:
Wash rice thoroughly and drain. Cook rice with konbu.
Sprinkle mixture of brown sugar, sea salt and vinegar over the cooked rice and mix well.
※Fan the rice to cool while mixing.
Roll up the cooled rice, umi budou and cucumber in a sheet of seaweed and serve.
