Chilled mozuku soup

Ingredients [ 2 servings ]
A ・soup/instant dashi granules/bonito stock (1/2tsp) ・soy sauce (2tsp)
・rice vinegar (2tbsp) ・sugar (2tsp)
・salt (2tsp) ・red bell pepper (1)
B ・other ingredients/mozuku seaweed (160g)
・cucumber (40g) ・sesame oil (1/2tsp)
・toasted sesame seeds (1tbsp)
Combine ingredients A and mix. Let cool in refrigerator.
Cut mozuku into bite-sized pieces and cucumber into fine strips.
Pour soup into serving bowls and add mozuku, cucumber and sesame oil. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
