Miso Soup with Mozuku

Ingredients〔Serves 2〕

・Mozuku（80g） (Dried mozuku 3g to 4g)
・Bonito broth（3cups）
・Miso（2 tbsp）
・Green onion(chopped) （2 stalks）

Directions:

	Cut the mozuku into easy-to-eat length. (Tear the dried mozuku into bite size)
	Put the bonito broth and miso into deep pot to the boil and add ①.
	Stir in miso and add chopped green onion to finish.
