

| ・Mozuku(80g) (Dried mozuku 3g to 4g) ・Bonito broth(3cups) ・Miso(2 tbsp) ・Green onion(chopped) (2 stalks) |
| Cut the mozuku into easy-to-eat length. (Tear the dried mozuku into bite size) | |
| Put the bonito broth and miso into deep pot to the boil and add ①. | |
| Stir in miso and add chopped green onion to finish. |
