Mozuku and Pork Meatball Soup

Ingredients [2 servings]
・A Pork short ribs(150g), Mozuku seaweed(50g), Cornstarch(2 Tablespoons), Cooking sake(2 Tablespoons), Sesame oil(small amount), Soy saucel(small amount), Salt(small amount), Grated ginger(small amount )
・Radish sprouts
・3 cups of chicken broth
Direction
Put meatballs into chicken broth.
Once boiling, cook in low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Serve on a bowl, topping with radish sprouts.
