Mozuku Seaweed Pancake

Ingredients [4~5 servings]
・Leek(1) ・Potatoes(3) ・Small shrimp(50g)
・Mozuku seaweed(300g) ・Eggs(2)
・Flour(500g) ・Water(500cc)
・Sesame oil(proper quantity) ・Salt(1teaspoon)
Direction
Peel the potatoes and cut into bite size. Mix with water on a blender. Once blendedwell, add eggs.
Transfer into a bowl, adding flour and water. Add 4cm cut onions, mozuku seaweed, and small shrimp, mixing well.
Put 2 Tablespoons of sesame oil into a fry pan. Spread ❷ thinly, cook until browned, then flip to brown the other side pushing down using a spoon.
