Mozuku Rice

Ingredients〔Serves 2 to 3〕

・Mozuku（150g）
・Rice（2cups）
・Dashi Stock（360ml）
・Soy sauce（2 tablespoon）
・Sake（2 tablespoon）
・Mirin（2 tablespoon）

Directions:

	Cutting Mozuku.
	Boil the water with stock. Put Mozku and stop the heat.
	Let cool completely of ②, Mix the washed rice and cook with rice cooker.
