Mozuku Salad

Ingredients［Serves 2］

・Mozuku, as desired.
・Lettuce, Tomatoes and your favorite vegetables as desired.

Directions:

	Lay out vegetables and mozuku on plate and serve mixture on top sprinkled with dressing.
	（Soak dried mozuku in water until soft.）
