Mozuku Soup

Ingredients〔Serves 2〕

・Mozuku（800g）
・Dashi Stock（500ml）
・Soy sauce（1 & 1/2 tablespoon）
・Mirin（1 tablespoon）
・Egg（1）
・Green onion（2 stalk）

Directions:

	Cut the Mozuku into samll pieces . Chopp the green onion.
	Bring the dashi stock to the boil and mix the Mozuku.
	Add the mixed egg into the ② and stir then stop the heat. Pour the chopped green onion.
