Deep-fried seafood with mozuku

Ingredients〔serves 2〕
・75g fresh mozuku (3-4g dried)
・a half of onion, sliced
・50g carrot, sliced
・75g frozen shrimp
・2 dried scallops
Soak dried mozuku in water until soft. Drain and cut into 3-centimeter-long pieces. Cut onion and carrot into thin strips.
Soak dried scallops in water until soft and shred into thin strips. Cut frozen shrimp into pieces measuring 1 to 2 centimeters.
Mix egg, water and flour to make batter and add ①, ② and aonori.
Drop tablespoon-sized pieces of batter mix into hot oil and deep fry until golden.
