Mozuku with Vinegar

Ingredients〔Serves 2〕

・Mozuku（100g） (Dried mozuku 4g)
・Cucumber(sliced into rings) as desired）
・【Ａ】Vinega（Soy sauce 4tbsp）
・Brown sugar（2tbsp）
・Salt （1/3tsp）

Directions:

	Mix the ingredients of 【A】 to make san-bai-su (dressing) and sprinkled on to with cucumber.
	（Soak dried mozuku in water until soft.）
