Omelet with Mozuku

Ingredients〔Serves 2〕

・Mozuku（50g）
・Egg（2）
・Dashi Stock（30ml）
・Soy sauce（1 Teaspoon）
・Mirin（1/2 Teaspoon）

Directions:

	Chop the Mozuku.
	Pour the seasoning into the mixed egg.
	Add an oil to a hot pan, pour ② into the pan and making an omelet at medium heat.
	Cut the omelet into small pieceis.
