Using Kokuto Shoga Cocoa (brown sugar & ginger cocoa powder)

Ways to drink
As a hot drink
  Mix 3 tbsp. cocoa powder (approx. 15g) with hot water (110 ml), or hot milk or soymilk (120 ml). Stir well.
As a cold drink
  First, dissolve Kokuto Shoga Cocoa in a small amount of hot water. Then add cold water or milk or soymilk (120 ml) and stir well.
Add a little extra for an even better taste!
  When adding water, also add a small amount of half and half or fresh cream. It will make the drink mild and creamy. Give it a try!
