Shrimp and scallop stir-fry with salt

Ingredients [serves 2]
・10 shrimps, medium sized
・5 scallops
・1 stalk celery
・2 wood ear mushrooms, soaked in water in advance
・1/4 carrot
・Ginger, green onion to taste
・Vegetable oil, sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Season deveined, unshelled shrimps and scallops with salt and parboil.
Add finely chopped ginger and green onion to 1 tbsp. hot vegetable oil and cook until scent is released. Add celery, carrot and wood ear mushrooms cut into thin rectangles and stir-fry. Add
Finish off ② with a dash salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame oil for a pleasant aroma.
