

| ・1 pkg radish sprouts ・Kaoritatsu Yuzu Shio (fragrant yuzu citron salt) ・Bonito broth |
| Put 1/2 pkg radish sprouts and salt in each soup bowl. | |
| Add hot bonito broth and cover for 10 seconds. | |
| When the radish sprouts are well heated, sprinkle with Kaoritatsu Yuzu Shio. |
