Osuimono with radish sprouts and Kaoritatsu Yuzu Shio

Ingredients [serves 2]
・1 pkg radish sprouts
・Kaoritatsu Yuzu Shio (fragrant yuzu citron salt)
・Bonito broth
Directions
Put 1/2 pkg radish sprouts and salt in each soup bowl.
Add hot bonito broth and cover for 10 seconds.
When the radish sprouts are well heated, sprinkle with Kaoritatsu Yuzu Shio.
